Call Guidelines:

• Calls are scheduled for 15 minutes.
• All appointments are based on Eastern Standard Time (EST).
• Please join the call using the Google Meet link provided in your confirmation email. Calls will not be made to your phone number.

1. No Call/No Show Policy
If a client fails to attend their scheduled call without providing at least 24 hours’ notice, the following steps will apply:

Step 1: The missed appointment will be recorded as a No Call/No Show.
Step 2: A follow-up email will be sent to notify the client that the appointment is no longer valid due to non-compliance with the 24-hour cancellation policy.
Step 3: No rescheduling will be offered for No Call/No Show appointments.

2. Missed Calls Due to Emergencies
Valid emergencies include but are not limited to:

• Family bereavement
• Severe weather conditions
• Personal or family injuries

Step 1: Clients must notify the company within 72 hours of the missed call and provide details about the emergency.
Step 2: A rescheduled appointment will be offered, subject to the company’s availability.
Step 3: Clients will receive confirmation of the new appointment via email or phone.

3. Clients Who Reschedule Within 24 Hours
If a client provides at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule, the following steps will apply:

Step 1: The client will be booked for the next available appointment.
Step 2: They will also be added to a priority list for earlier openings, if available.
Step 3: An email confirmation will be sent with the rescheduled appointment details, and they will be notified if any earlier slots become available.

Policy for Holds

5-Day Confirmation Rule:

• If a client requests to place their service on hold, they must confirm their decision to proceed within five (5) business days.
• Failure to provide confirmation within this timeframe will result in automatic cancellation of the service.
